A 1,000-acre estate, once owned by governor Westmoreland Davis, includes the 1781 manor house, antique carriages, a Civil War site, the Museum of Hounds and Hunting and an equestrian center that hosts events year-round, most of which are free to spectators. Mansion and museum tours Sat.-Sun. and occasional weekdays. Confirm schedule online. $10, children 6-12 $5, under 6 free. Grounds daily till dusk.
