Most memorable travel experience: I studied abroad in Salerno, Italy for a month over the summer of 2012. While there, I traveled with friends to Rome, Naples, Positano, and the Isle of Capri, which is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. While in Salerno, I lived with an amazing Italian lady who spoke no English (I spoke shaky Italian), and getting to know her was the most influential and memorable part of the experience.
Last notable trip: Traveling to South Bend, Indiana to visit one of my best and oldest friends who attends the University of Notre Dame. I was able to get a ticket to the football game (ND vs Michigan), tailgate and tour the campus, which made for an unforgettable trip!
The place you always return to visit: New Orleans, LA and Oxford, MS are two places I try to visit as much as possible. Growing up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast only put me an hour away from the Crescent City, which is full of culture, life and just fun things to do. I could wander around Magazine Street for days, plus the restaurants in the city are delicious, especially the seafood places. I lived in Oxford for four years while attending Ole Miss and there just isn’t anything like the city. Football season brings people to the Grove and the Square is full of interesting places to eat and explore.
