Busch Gardens Tampa

The African savannah comes to Tampa Bay at Busch Gardens. A giraffe may stretch down for a friendly nuzzle, and visitors can view majestic beasts such as rhinos and lions in action. Jungala, a four-acre attraction, allows visitors to experience up-close animal interactions with its exotic inhabitants.

Clearwater Beach

Sunken Gardens

The oldest living museum in St. Petersburg, Sunken Gardens is home to more than 50,000 plants and flowers in a 100-year-old garden. Garden tours, horticultural programs and special events are also for the offing. Open M-Sa 10 am-4:30 pm; Su noon-4:30 pm.

Hyde Park

American Victory Mariners Museum

Restored in 1985, the SS American Victory saw action in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. The warship was towed from Texas to its permanent location in Channelside in downtown Tampa behind the Florida Aquarium in 1999. Now, as a museum, visitors can experience an unforgettable voyage aboard the ship.

Jannus Live

Playing host to both national acts and local luminaries, Jannus Live is Florida's oldest and largest outdoor concert venue.

ZooTampa at Lowry Park

ZooTampa at Lowry Park has more than 60 acres of lush natural habitats and is home to the Florida manatee, Native Florida Wildlife habitat, Asian Gardens, Primate World and the expansive Safari Africa. Open daily from 9:30 am–5 pm.
