Truffle Season at Three Williams Cafe
Skip the foraging and head to Three Williams Café in Redfern to celebrate the short-lived and delicious truffle season. For the third year running, the venue will launch a special truffle menu to sit alongside their regular menu for the duration of the season, estimated to begin early June. The seven-dish menu will include the Worldʼs Best Pork Sausage as voted in the 2018 World Butchersʼ Challenge in Belfast, a truffle and provolone sausage served with truffle mash, crumbed lambs fry, fried egg, caramelised onion jus, charred pickled onion and fresh truffle. More innovative items on the menu include French toast with truffle ice cream, popping candy and truffle anglaise; and crispy truffle skin chicken breast with sweet corn purée and chestnut jus.
