This 30-acre park filled with azaleas, magnolia trees, walkways, park benches, and more is one of Savannah’s most beautiful spots. If you are in need of a break during the walking tour, don’t miss a stroll through Forsyth Park. The park was laid out in 1851. One of its most recognizable and often photographed features is the white fountain near the center. Visit on the weekend, and you might see a bride and groom getting pictures taken beside the ornate swans and other creatures in the fountain.
