This self-describe "clean" quick-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner is a godsend for vegan and gluten-free eaters (and their dining companions). The chef and owner spent two years developing the recipes for the menu, which is also void of refined sugar and GMOs. Small with high ceilings and abundant sunshine, this is a spot to sample seriously tasty and healthful ingredients like coconut yogurt, cashew dill cream cheese, beet burgers and eggplant bacon.
