With interactive science displays and 3-D movies produced by the University of California, Davis, this is the center of Tahoe research and science that has lead the world in the field of limnology for decades. Located on Sierra Nevada College’s Incline Village campus, the science center is open with docents most summer days and weekends and holidays during other seasons.
For families looking for fun and learning, there are interactive exhibits on the Tahoe Basin's important ecological challenges and an award winning 3D movie, "Lake Tahoe In Depth." For school groups, there is a kid-friendly science curriculum covering topics such as geology, ecology, and more.

TOUR TIMES: Docent-led tours available at 1 - 5 p.m. on Tuesday through Saturday.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Recommended for kids ages 8 and older.
LOCATION: The UC Davis Tahoe Science Center is located on the first floor of the Tahoe Center for Environmental Science building at 291 Country Club Drive, Incline Village, Nevada (on the campus of Sierra Nevada College).
PARKING: There are five visitor parking spaces located in the Sierra Nevada College campus parking lot off County Club Drive outside the Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences building.
COST: Admission free. Donations welcome.
