Chef de Cuisine Andrew Pettifer blends Asian and Southern cuisines with classic French dishes, giving Margaux’s menu an inspired spin. Elegant dishes include grilled yellowfin tuna with spinach ricotta risotto cake, pan-roasted rack of lamb with braised lentils, and grilled Angus NY Strip with habanero cheddar mac-n-cheese and barbecue sauce. A three-course prix fixe dinner is offered daily.
