City of Raleigh Museum

The City of Raleigh Museum is a place to learn about the history and tradition of the capital of North Carolina. Exhibits on civil rights, higher education, media and a city timeline tells Raleigh's story. There are tours focusing on the city flag, artifacts and the exhibits. The Museum is located in downtown Raleigh and is opened everyday of the week except Monday. Admission is free but a $5 donation is recommended for adults.
