Windsor: Brunch here includes the {C}Sunday Bloody Sunday, Windsor's version of the Bloody Mary. The Traditional starts with tomatoes, roasted vegetables, fresno chilies and fresh horseradish. Black + Bleu: With Black + Bleu's Build Your Own Bloody Mary, you choose your ingredients and then they do the work. Pick a vodka and then circle your spices you want added on the "BYO Bloody" form. Tanzy: While only available on holidays (think Mother's Day, Father's Day), Tanzy's Bloody Mary Bar lets you choose a base option from the classic from-scratch bloody to pescatarian-style (clam juice) to carnivore-style (beef stock), and then pile on garnishes such as smoked bacon, cured meats, shrimp, veggies, pickles, hot sauce, fresh peppers and more.
