This sprawling museum of decorative arts and garden was the childhood home of horticulturist Henry Francis du Pont. The collection holds more than 85,000 objects, a selection of which are displayed for the public in the historic 175-room house. The surrounding grounds hold a 60-acre garden. Tickets: $6-20.
