Brooklyn Chop House, at 150 Nassau St. between Spruce and Beekman streets, serves standard steakhouse fare such as steaks and burgers, plus the addition of Chinese dumplings and entrees. The menu has chophouse classics such as a wedge salad and dry-aged porterhouse and ribeye, as well as sushi, beef and broccoli, fried rice for two, and various dumplings. There’s also a three-course $24.95 lunch deal and $10 mixed drinks for the thriving FiDi working crowd. The space seats 150 with two private dining rooms and 35 at the bar. The look is inspired by the “romance, youthfulness, and nostalgia of Brooklyn,” with exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains.
