Named after Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage Estate, the hotel opened its doors in 1910. Historic Hotels of Nashville purchased the property in 2000 with the goal of creating one of the finest small luxury hotels in the world. The hotel’s restaurant, The Capitol Grill, serves delicious farm-to-table fare.
