Chef/owner Sandy D’Amato’s restaurant housed in a former grocery store was recently named one of the nation’s top 11 restaurants in the country by Zagat’s. The contemporary French-Mediterranean menu is inspired by the season’s fruits and vegetables, and might feature wild mushroom risotto, gazpacho and warm cherry clafoutis. A seven-course chef’s-tasting menu ($85) is available on weekdays, along with artisanal cheeses paired with house-made almond bread. D (M-Sa).
