Spice Restaurant Months are back in Miami with over 200 restaurant participants (65 are recognized in the Michelin Guide). The insanely popular dining event is part of the Miami Temptations Program and takes place from August 1-September 30, 2022. Sponsored by Peroni, Whole Foods Markets, Woodford Reserve and Tequila Herradura, the event takes on 35 new restaurants this summer and includes collaborations and specials all around town.
“For the past 21 years, we have partnered with Greater Miami and Miami Beach’s most notable restaurants to showcase the multi-cultural influences of our world-class culinary destination at reduced prices through Miami Spice,” David Whitaker, President & CEO of the GMCVB, said in a statement to the press. “Miami Spice continues to evolve through the introduction of elevated menu options with currently 19 of our MICHELIN-recognized restaurants and new dining experiences from more than 35 recently opened restaurants or first-time program participants.”
Diners can make a weekend or overnight of it with specials from Miami Hotel Months that include discounts at hotel and resort properties around Miami now through September 30 (including Intercontinental Miami, Fontainebleau Miami Beach and The Biltmore Hotel Miami Coral Gables). Miami Spa Months take the indulgence even further with various spa specials via Miami Spa Months through August 31 (including Away Spa at W South Beach and exhale at Loews Miami Beach Hotel).

Amara at Paraiso
Amara at Paraiso is celebrating with a $28 lunch menu from Monday through Friday and a $60 dinner menu from Sunday through Thursday. Lunch selections include options like watermelon salad, shrimp ceviche and wood-grilled cobia. There are also upgraded options like the black truffle empanada, “Arroz Verde,” and a raw bar platter for two. Dinner options include wood-grilled queso blanco, slow-roasted short rib and vegetable feijoada.
Enjoy delicious seafood and exotic flavors at Jaguar. Exclusively for the event, diners can enjoy a $28 per person three-course lunch menu with options like the “Nuevo Shrimp Ceviche” and the grilled octopus. If you can’t get away in the afternoon, there’s also a $45 three-course dinner menu with options like “Smoked Croquetas” and the “Mixed Seafood Arroz Con Mariscos.”
With the freshest ingredients, Estiatorio Milos offers some of the finest Greek cuisines all over the country. Diners can enjoy a $60 three-course dinner menu with specials like the tomato salad (the tomatoes are specially grown on a farm exclusively for Estiatorio Milos restaurants), “Astako-Makaronada For Two” (a delightful lobster pasta) and “Yiaourti-Meli” (a housemade Greek yogurt).
Monday through Friday, Balan’s has a special $28 lunch menu for Miami Spice Restaurant Months. Enjoy a three-course menu and main dishes like the “Los Cabos Salad,” pesto rigatoni, tuna poke bowl or the chicken burger. If you’re stopping by for dinner, the restaurant has a $45 dinner menu with three courses seven days a week. Diners can enjoy flavors like the “Tulum Tostada” and the chicken Milanese.
Hakkasan Miami Beach
Included in the Michelin Guide recommendations for Miami Spice Restaurant Month, Hakkasan Miami Beach offers upscale Asian cuisine from a stunning fourth-floor rooftop location. A $45 three-course dinner menu is offered throughout the event from Sunday through Thursday. The menu includes items like the “Green Salad With Mango in Plum Dressing,” a Dim Sum basket, “Sweet and Sour Prawn With Pomegranate,” “Chicken Fried Rice With Sweet Corn,” and crispy orange chicken. The menu also includes various vegetarian options and numerous menu upgrades.
SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill
Exotic flavors are all around at SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill. Diners can enjoy a three-course lunch menu for $28 Monday through Thursday and a $45 three-course dinner menu Sunday through Thursday. Lunch selections include options like corn ribs, salmon ceviche and the “Salmon Skewer A La Plancha.” Dinner options include the “Summer Truffle Mushroom Risotto” and the “Duck & Waffle.”
Full Bloom Vegan
Miami Spice Restaurant Month isn’t just for meat eaters. Full Bloom Vegan has a $28 three-course lunch menu seven days a week and a $45 three-course dinner menu Sunday through Thursday. Diners can choose from selections like the “Lox Montadito,” summer salad, “Raw Heirloom Puttanesca,” “Mushroom Manchurian Noodles,” and the Braised Aromatic Green Papaya.
Take in the open-air view on the patio at Serena Miami with a $28 three-course lunch menu Monday through Friday and a $45 three-course dinner menu Sunday through Thursday. Lunch selections include “Baked Top Neck Clams,” “Baja Fish Tacos,” and the “Blossom Quesadilla.” Dinner options include “Shrimp Tostadas” and “Faroe Island Salmon.”
STK Miami Beach
Stylish Steakhouse STK Miami Beach has a special $28 brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays and a $60 dinner menu Monday through Friday. Brunch selections include options like the “Smoked Pork Belly Benedict,” “Hot Chicken & Waffle,” and “Cinnamon French Toast,” with upgrades like the “Lobster & Eggs Benedict” and the “Truffle Steak & Egg.” Dinner options include “Tuna Tartare Tacos,” “Chimi Long Island Steak,” and “Wild Mushroom Risotto.”
True Food Kitchen
If you’re eating healthier, you can still enjoy this phenomenal dining event. True Food Kitchen has two offerings—a $28 three-course lunch menu and a $45 three-course dinner menu. Items include charred cauliflower, herbed hummus, a Teriyaki quinoa bowl, Margherita pizza, and chopped salad. Dinner selections include the “Wild Caught Tuna Tostada” and the popular “Lasagna Bolognese.” If you’re looking for a perfect pour to complement your active lifestyle, Fresh Vine Wines are served at this location.
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar
Yardbird Southern Table and Bar has classic Southern flavors with a $28 three-course lunch menu Monday through Friday and a $60 three-course dinner menu Monday through Friday.
