As a local, what is the best market to visit in Melbourne and why? 

The size, variety of quality of items at the Queen Victoria Market is hard to beat and the different Night Market options held throughout the year are a great way to see a different side of the venue as well.

What is your favourite café for brunch in Melbourne? 

P.S. Bar and Kitchen on Southbank. The huge windows open up onto the riverfront and when the weather is good the stools by the window are a great place for breakfast.

What do you think is the most beautiful or unique building in the city?

The Block Arcade with its history, famous stained windows and mosaic floor still has a lot of its old world charm and is unique in Melbourne.

Where is your favourite city park or garden?

The Fitzroy Gardens with historical Cooks Cottage, Tudor Village and Pavilion Café is perfect for anyone with limited time to see Melbourne’s garden area. 

Where is the best place to go to see some of Melbourne’s iconic street art? 

Hosier Lane, AC/DC Lane and the area around Flinders Lane has an amazing variety of street art as well as great places to eat.
