The Best Set Menus in Las Vegas

FUHU

If you’re a Las Vegas local and looking to check out one of the best spots at Resorts World Las Vegas, you’re in luck. FUHU has a unique set menu exclusively for locals. We tried out the menu at a hosted media preview. For $65, locals can enjoy a “Singapore Spritz” cocktail with their choice between one of five appetizers (we tried the salmon sashimi and the crispy tuna), one of five main courses (we especially enjoyed the “FUHU Aromatic Crispy Duck”) and a dessert. It’s a perfect way to taste some of the best menu items at FUHU (and decide what you want to eat next time).

Estiatorio Milos

One favorite that's had plenty of locals talking for years is the lunch special at Estiatorio Milos located inside Restaurant Row between the Venetian and Palazzo Towers of The Venetian. We visited recently for a hosted media tasting to see what has fans raving and found the lunch menu to be well-rounded, extraordinarily fresh and delicious. For $38, diners can enjoy a three-course meal that includes some of the Estiatorio Milos classics like the tomato salad (made with tomatoes that are brought in from a farm that grows them just for Estiatorio Milos restaurants), Faroe Islands wild salmon and the Greek yogurt (made in-house). Upgrades are available for the starters and main courses for a fee like the octopus (some of the best we've ever had) and the "Astako Makaronada" (a rich and creamy lobster pasta that's served completely shelled). If you're in the mood to add to your culinary experience, there's also a wine pairing upgrade for $19 that gives diners a taste of two Greek wines that complement the meal.

Enjoy items like the “X Special Swan Cake,” “A5 Wagyu Sandwich,” and the “Signature Wagyu Tart.” Diners also have the option to upgrade their meal with the “Wagyu Feast.”
