Block 16 Urban Food Hall
With counters from a variety of eats from some of the best foodie cities in America; you don’t need a plane ticket to try out some of the most delicious eats in the country. Located inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Block 16 Urban Food Hall is one-stop a foodie road trip. Start at Hattie B’s for the most famous hot chicken from Nashville and top of your meal with some sweets from District Donuts. Sliders. Brew. from New Orleans. Though not technically within the food hall, Eggslut and Milk Bar also offer some delicious coast-to-coast eats on the same floor. The Cosmopolitan’s website has listed enhanced cleaning protocols and socially distant restaurant layouts in their increased Covid safety standards. Block 16 Urban Food Hall is open 7 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.

The Beast by Todd English
From James Beard Award-Winning Chef Todd English, The Beast provides imaginative eats inside an equally fun location, AREA15. From barbecue to a variety of vegetarian items, the food hall hosts flavors for every palate. Besides food hall staples like burgers and pizza, you’ll also find international flavors like Singapore Street Noodles and Korean Japchae. Eat in the ambiance-filled dining room or order your meal and have it sent to a number of experiences within AREA15 so you can enjoy your Korean Corn Dogs while playing. AREA15 requires a free general admission ticket for entry into the building- this is to ensure that the capacity stays within the state mandates. The AREA15 website also describes new technology the property will implement- a scanner that checks temperatures, detects maskless guests, and alerts staff to social distancing violations. The Beast by Todd English is open 4 p.m.-midnight Monday through Friday, noon-midnight Saturday, and noon-10 p.m. Sunday.
Eataly
The perfect Italian food paradise brings counter options, full-service restaurants, and a complete Mercato to Park MGM. Whether you’re in the mood for something ready to eat or want the ingredients to make a fabulous Italian meal at home, you’ll find it at Eataly. Got a sweet tooth? Check out Italian chocolates at Il Chocolato Venchi and frozen goodies at Il Gelato. Grab fresh pasta at La Pasta Fresca: Market & Kitchen and peruse the market for a selection of imported Italian ingredients and pantry staples. Check the Eataly site for future reopenings of their other counters like La Macelleria: Butcher & Kitchen and the Nutella Bar. In addition to the state-mandated regulations, Eataly’s website has listed several new Covid guidelines such as enhanced health and safety training for their staff, table spacing, and thorough cleaning of tables between guests. Eataly is open 7 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.

Fulton Street Food Hall
Located inside Harrah’s Las Vegas, Fulton Street Food Hall makes getting your food fast and easy. With online ordering and delivery options available, you can enjoy a little bit of everything from your home or hotel room. In the morning, stop by in the morning for full breakfast options or check out their different seasonal and holiday options available periodically (they recently featured Red Velvet Waffles for Valentine’s Day and a Live Lobster entree for Lunar New Year). All Caesars dining outlets are following CDC guidelines and cleaning recommendations. Additionally, all dining outlets are no longer putting place settings on tables until diners are seated and are maintaining occupancy limits to ensure distancing and capacity restrictions are kept. Fulton Street Food Hall is open 7:30 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
