Station Casinos- Lucky Penny & Brass Fork

You don’t have to be close to the Strip to find a great prime rib deal. Lucky Penny inside Red Rock Casino, Resort, & Spa and Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa, & Casino have multiple specials for National Prime Rib Day. Available only on April 27, you can find various prime rib specials- a prime rib hash for $15.99, prime rib dip sandwich $12.99, and the classic prime rib for $19.99. The same specials are available at Brass Fork inside Palace Station (pricing varies).

Bardot Brasserie

You can find this delightful French brasserie inside Aria Las Vegas. From renowned chef Michael Mina, Bardot Brasserie delivers a quaint setting along with high-end French cuisine. In addition to their Prime Rib Burger, Bardot serves various premium seafood and caviar options along with French classics like escargots en croute, onion soup Gratinée, various le steak frites.

Lawry’s The Prime Rib

The classic prime rib restaurant has specials available just for National Prime Rib Day. Celebrate with their 45-day dry-aged prime rib available in six different cuts from April 23-27. The special can be ordered on its own or as part of a meal with sides and the famous spinning salad. Lawry’s isn’t just for dinner- check out their prime rib chili and prime rib sandwich on their lunch menu too. The Prime Rib Day special, classic prime rib dinner, and other menu items can be enjoyed as dine-in or to-go so you can enjoy your meal from the comfort of your home (or hotel).

Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak

From Celebrity Chef Tom Colicchio, Heritage Steak is located inside The Mirage. In addition to prime rib, Heritage Steak serves up numerous steakhouse staples like the iceberg wedge, shellfish platter, crab cakes, and king salmon. Pair your prime rib with additions such as the king crab legs and sides, including truffle risotto and Yukon gold whipped potatoes with truffle.

Kona Grill

Kona Grill at Boca Park in Summerlin is offering a special Prime Rib Day meal with a special Kona Grill twist (like miso whipped potatoes). The special is available for a limited time and priced at $33, so catch it while you can.

Smith & Wollensky

Smith & Wollensky is offering a perfect Prime Rib Day celebration you can enjoy at home- you can even take credit for the cooking (instructions are included, of course). The feast feeds 4-6 people and ranges in price from $220-270. Orders need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance and be placed online or by telephone.

Gallagher’s Steakhouse

Located inside New York-New York, Gallagher’s Steakhouse is the quintessential New York steakhouse modeled after the original from Manhattan that opened in 1927. Here, you’ll find prime rib and numerous wet-aged and dry-aged steaks along with a classic raw bar and various classic seafood appetizers. Pair your prime rib with one of many accompaniments like the King Crab Oscar or sides such as the colossal baked potato.

Primarily Prime Rib

Are you looking for an affordable option off the Strip? Located inside South Point Hotel, Casino, & Spa at the far south end of Las Vegas Boulevard, Primarily Prime Rib offers five different prime rib cuts- from 10oz to 26oz ranging in price from $20-34. As the name implies, the restaurant specializes in prime rib and serves several other entrees to please everyone at your dinner table.

Golden Steer

This local favorite has been around since the 50s. With three prime rib cuts, Golden Steer is frequently noted as the best local steakhouse in Las Vegas. Besides steaks, the restaurant also has numerous seafood and Italian entrees (like the Dover sole that is boned tableside or the famous Chicken of the Angels) with a la carte and combination dinner options. Located inside Bellagio Las Vegas, The Mayfair Supper Club boasts one of the best views of the Fountains of Bellagio. Enjoy the show with your prime rib carved tableside.
