Las Vegas is one of the most iconic cities in which to spend New Year’s Eve. While most celebrations were canceled last year, this year, the city is bringing things back with a bang. Here are some of the best spots to enjoy the last moments of 2021.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

The center-Strip property has several celebrations planned. Here’s what you’ll find this New Year’s Eve at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas:

Maroon 5 at The Chelsea- December 30-31. Purchase tickets here

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails- December 31 at 6 p.m. Book reservations here

The Chandelier- December 31 from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Book reservations here

Zuma- Zuma offers an exclusive omakase for $265 per person, including special items like a caviar platter, endive salad, jumbo prawn cocktail, A5 Japanese Wagyu tataki, lobster tempura, Iberico pork skewers and more. A notable upgrade is available for a total of $400 per person and includes a bottle of Krug Grande Cuvee for two. Book your reservations here

Blue Ribbon- From 5 p.m. with the last seating at 10:30 p.m. for $250 per person. Notable menu items include a smoked seafood platter, pan-seared branzino, chocolate chip bread pudding and other delicious options. 

Beauty & Essex- From 5 p.m. with the last seating at 9:30 p.m. for $100 per person. Menu items include the “Lil’ French Dips,” toro poke tacos, the famous “Grilled Cheese, Smiked Bacon & Tomato Soup Dumplings,” and more. 

Jaleo- From 7 p.m. with the last seating at 9:45 p.m. for $145 per person. Enjoy menu standouts like the carne asada con piqullo, Chiletero ibérico, and more. An unlimited beverage option is available for $35. Sangria Hour takes place from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m with small bites and craft cocktails starting at $6.

Scarpetta- From 5:30 p.m.-11 p.m. for $225 per person. The menu includes smoked swordfish carpaccio, white truffle risotto and a choice of meat or fish for the main course. 

STK- From 5 p.m. for $325 per person. The unique set menu includes options like the butternut squash ravioli, Japanese A5 Wagyu tartare, Surf & Turf and more. The restaurant also has a separate party, “STK’s Vibe Lounge Pop-Up Experience,” with a set menu for $275 per person.

Superfrico- From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $99 per person. The restaurant has an exclusive set menu with items like the “Meatballs Sicilianu,” eggplant parmesan dumplings, salt-baked Mediterranean seabass and more. A wine pairing is available for $44 per person.

Wynn Las Vegas

XS Nightclub- Celebrate with The Chainsmokers on December 30, Diplo on December 31 and Marshmello on January 1. Two ticket tiers (“Under the Stars” and “All Access”) are available for Marshmello, and The Chainsmokers and VIP table options are on offer as well. Reservations can be made here

Casa Playa- From 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., guests can enjoy an exclusive three-course menu and live DJ set by DJ Dash. 

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod

Skypod- From 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., guests can enjoy food and beverage from 108 Eats and 108 Drinks along with views of The STRAT’s fireworks display. Tickets are priced at $150 per person and can be purchased here.

Top of the World- From 3:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., guests can enjoy the standard menu for a $155 per person minimum spend. For bookings from 9:45 p.m., the set menu is priced at $360 per person. Reservations can be made here

McCall’s Heartland Grill- From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. throughout New Year’s Eve weekend, guests can enjoy a three-course menu for $75 per person. Reservations can be made here

Silverton Casino

Enjoy unlimited beverages throughout the casino bars from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. with tickets priced at $25 during presale and $50 on December 31 until 9 p.m. The Veil Pavilion hosts a dance party from 10 p.m. with tickets priced at $15. 

SAHARA Las Vegas

Guests can enjoy a full-on party from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. at CASBAR Lounge, Chickie’s & Pete’s Crab House and Sports Bar, and Azilo Ultra Lounge. All-access tickets are available for $50 per person and include an open bar and entertainment all night throughout the property. A New Year’s Countdown is set to take place at Azilo Ultra Pool at 11 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here

Nightclubs & Bars

TAO Nightclub with O.T. Genasis- Doors open at 9 p.m. with tickets priced at $50 for women and $75 for men. Reservations can be booked here. TAO nightclub is located at the Venetian Resort.

Marquee Nightclub with Fisher- Doors open at 9 p.m. with tickets priced at $75 for women and $150 for men. Reservations can be booked here. Marquee Nightclub is located at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Hakkasan Las Vegas with Black Coffee- Doors open at 8 p.m. with tickets priced at $50 for women and $75 for men. Reservations can be booked here. Hakkasan Las Vegas is located at MGM Grand Las Vegas. 

Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge- From 9 p.m., guests can enjoy a hosted bar until midnight, starting at $150 per person. Enjoy live entertainment from several DJs. Tickets can be purchased here. Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge is located inside Resorts World Las Vegas.  

OMNIA Nightclub with Steve Aoki- Doors open at 8 p.m. with tickets priced at $75 for women and $150 for men. Reservations can be booked here. OMNIA Nightclub is located at Caesars Palace. 

JEWEL Nightclub with Lil Jon- Doors open at 8 p.m. with tickets priced at $50 for women and $75 for men. Reservations can be booked here. JEWEL Nightclub is located at ARIA Resort & Casino. 

PT’s Taverns- the local favorite bars host New Year’s Eve this year with 50% off drinks from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 12 a.m. to 2 a.m. Complimentary champagne, noisemakers and party favors are available as well. 

Eight Lounge- From 9 p.m., enjoy a hosted bar with tickets starting at $150 per person. VIP tables are also available but must be reserved in advance. Live music and entertainment will be provided throughout the evening. Eight Lounge is located at Resorts World Las Vegas. 

S Bar

Celebrate the new year and the grand opening of S Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino this New Year's Eve. The bar officially opens this Friday with multiple seating options and experiences. "Imbibe" seating takes place from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in two-hour increments, "Social Club" seating is available in two-hour increments from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and VIP Tables and the "Pop the Bubbly" seating begins from 10 p.m. with a live DJ and midnight countdown. Reservations can be made here

Restaurants

Hakkasan Restaurant Las Vegas- Seatings from 5 p.m. with the regular menu, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for $158 per person and 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $188 per person. Cocktail attire required, black tie optional. Reservations can be made here. Hakkasan Restaurant Las Vegas is located at MGM Grand Las Vegas. 

Caviar Bar

Located inside Resorts World Las Vegas, Chef Shaun Hergatt's brand new Caviar Bar hosts a special New Year's Eve feast with two separate seating options. The first seating takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. with prices from $175 per person and the second seating takes place from 9 p.m. to midnight with prices from $275 per person. Menu options include dishes like the Australian Wagyu beef, Tasmanian ocean trout and the blackberry cheesecake (designed with a nod to the restaurant's primary specialty, caviar). 

TAO Asian Bistro- Three seatings available with the regular menu for the first seating, a $150 F&B minimum per person spend for the second seating, and a $175 per person spend for the third seating. Reservations can be made here. TAO Asian Bistro is located at the Venetian Resort. 

Eiffel Tower Restaurant- From 4 p.m. to midnight. Seatings from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. are two hours and cost $98 per person; seatings from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. cost $145 per person; seatings from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. cost $225 per person, and seatings from 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. cost $425 per person. LAVO Italian Restaurant- Three seatings available with the regular menu for the first seating at 5 p.m., a $150 F&B minimum per person spend for the second seating, and a $175 per person spend for the third seating. Reservations can be made here. LAVO Itailain Restaurant is located at Palazzo Las Vegas.

Mon Ami Gabi- From 7 p.m. to midnight with seating options from $125-200. The set menu has four different options with a four-course menu. Reservations must be booked in advance by calling the restaurant at 702.944.4224. Mon Ami Gabi is located inside Paris Las Vegas. 

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House- The restaurant by famed chef Emeril Lagasse has several exclusive items just for New Year’s Eve, including Tasso ham and Sonoma goat cheese dumplings and grilled veal chops. Reservations can be made here. Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House is located inside MGM Grand Las Vegas. 

Other

Flyover in Las Vegas- From 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. with tickets priced at $250 per person. FlyOver hosts a “New Year’s Eve Glamping Soirée” with an open bar and unlimited flights on “The Real Wild West” and “Iceland.”
