The newest resort in Las Vegas is home to dozens of dining options and numerous more options to come. Scrolling through all of the Resorts World Las Vegas restaurants can be a bit daunting, but we’ve got the inside scoop on several great locales for every palate.
Marigold is a lobster lover’s dream come true. I visited for a hosted press tasting and found a laidback but stylish retreat with an equally approachable menu. From the Palm Springs-inspired vibes to the innovative menu, Marigold isn’t your average seafood spot. Here, you can taste lobster in just about every course with offerings like the “Lobster Fries,” the Manhattan and New England lobster chowders, “Lobster Linguini,” “Lobster Croquettes” and four different lobster rolls. Are you itching for a salad? You can add lobster to any salad too. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, make sure to order the “Shell-Abration Sundae” to end your shellfish celebration!
Fuhu offers stunning Asian cuisine in an equally stunning setting. Walk through the entry filled with cherry blossoms and marvel at the space before tucking into delicious like the “Prime Bone-In Short Rib” or the crispy fish. The restaurant also has a variety of sushi options along with traditional noodle and rice dishes.
Brezza is a fantastic spot for dinner or brunch, and the plush, modern dining room will make you want to stay for hours (I attended a hosted press preview, and I did stay for hours). While the menu features a selection of traditional Italian staples, you’ll also find twisted takes on several dishes (the “Heirloom Tomato” is decidedly not what you would expect). Even familiar classics have a couple of ingredients that elevate the flavors in a new way (like the “Ricotta Corzetti”). The “Charred Octopus” is served modernly, and the brunch items are even more imaginative and just as delightful.
The highly anticipated Wally’s comes to Las Vegas with a fully equipped wine shop (that can ship internationally) and numerous cheese and caviar options for the perfect pairing at home. Inside the restaurant, you can find an endless variety of wines lining the walls, and a full menu complements the selection. During a hosted press shoot, I got a taste of the “Peach Caprese” (a refreshing starter that’s perfect for warmer months), the “Squash Blossom Pizzetta” (a unique combination of flavors perfect for fall), the prettiest charcuterie board I’ve ever seen in my life and several stunning desserts that deserve their own Instagram account.
