Las Vegas Drinks: Five Coffee Shops Serving the Perfect Blend

Because Las Vegas never sleeps, getting that caffeine pick-me-up at any time of the day is a necessity.

Getting that morning or afternoon fix isn’t just a way to stay awake; it is a ritual that most people take pretty seriously. While there is a major coffee national chain on just about every street corner, not everyone wants to wait in a long line or be rushed through the ordering process. Many want to relax, savor the experience and ensure that each sip is soothing for the soul.

The Best Coffee Shops in Vegas

Because Las Vegas never sleeps, getting that caffeine pick-me-up at any time of the day is a necessity. Words simply cannot “espresso” just how much we love coffee. Enjoy it on ice. Drink it hot. Drown it with flavored syrups or gulp it in shots. Do whatever makes you feel “brew-ti-ful.” Here are five coffee shops in Las Vegas that will serve you the perfect blend.

Coffee Religion

Coffee Religion is a charming cafe located off the Las Vegas Strip. You are welcomed by an 11-foot high Buddha sculpture that symbolizes enlightenment and meditation when you enter. The space is relaxing and conducive to drinking your favorite cup of Joe. The menu takes you through a sensory journey taking inspiration from diverse backgrounds to create unique and exciting flavors. Coffee Religion’s signature drinks include the “Maple Reeves,” a customer favorite Latte featuring maple, vanilla, sea salt caramel and cinnamon flavors in one cup. If you are also a tea drinker, be sure to stop in for High Tea. The experience is a customer favorite featuring scones, finger sandwiches, sweets and tea selections. It is so good we think it should be named Coffee and “Tea” Religion.

Gabi Coffee & Bakery

Gabi Coffee & Bakery is located behind a large wooden, unmarked door in Chinatown. Discovering it is like finding a hidden treasure. Walking beyond the door and seeing the interior makes you feel like you aren’t in Las Vegas anymore. Gabi Coffee & Bakery takes inspirational reference from the 2012 Korean drama named, “Gabi” which means “coffee” in Korean.

There is a greenhouse in the middle of the coffee shop, which houses the kitchen and where the baristas make the coffee creations—the 19th-century aesthetic features a high ceiling, vintage-style hardware and staircase seating. With a cup of coffee in hand, you are transported to another world that you somehow don’t want to leave. Try the signature coffees like the “Butterfly Latte” made with Butterfly Pea tea and steamed milk with banana puree. All coffee options can be ordered hot or over ice and are always picture-perfect when served.

Tru Bru Coffee

If you are one to savor your coffee rather than grab and run out the door, this is the place for you. Tru Bru Coffee’s goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests to gather and engage in conversation. Baked goods are available and made from scratch. A full lunch menu is available if you’ve come a little hungry. Tru Bru Coffee roasts its beans on-site, so you are sure to get your coffee fresh daily. Coffee is served both hot and over ice. Try the Chai Latte. It’s a customer favorite, but you can always stick to the classics-Cappuccinos, Americanos and Lattes.
