Water Grill and King's Fish House
It’s Spiny Lobster season at Water Grill and King’s Fish House. Spiny lobsters, also known as rock lobsters, are a popular seafood choice among diners. They have a sweet and delicate taste, and their meat is firm yet tender. At King’s Seafood, the company sources its spiny lobsters directly from local fishermen in Southern California. These lobsters are then brought to a distribution center, where they are sorted and sent straight to the restaurants. By sourcing locally, King’s Seafood ensures the freshest and highest quality lobster for guests to enjoy. Enjoy it charcoal-grilled with coleslaw at Water Grill and chargrilled with melted butter at King's Fish House.
