Emilie Condamine From "X Burlesque" Shares Her Las Vegas Favorites
One of the Strip’s favorite after-hours shows is the burlesque production “X Burlesque.” With the stunning cast, intimate seating and scintillating numbers, it’s no wonder “X Burlesque” has been performing on the Strip for over a decade. We caught up with performer Emilie Condamine to talk about her Las Vegas favorites.

Emilie Condamine's Las Vegas Recommendations
WT: How did you get your start as a performer?
Condamine: Having been a dancer since I was three years old, dance was and still is my passion. I didn’t think I would dance as a professional, but at age 21, I had an opportunity to be in a small show as a replacement for one of the dancers. After this experience, I knew this was my path and auditioned for a bigger show.
WT: Where are you from, and how long have you been in Vegas?
Condamine: I’m from Montpellier, a town in the south of France. I moved to Paris at the age of 22 to dance in a bigger show like “Crazy Horse Paris.” I moved to Las Vegas in May 2009.
WT: What is your favorite thing about living in Las Vegas?
Condamine: Vegas is the perfect town for performers, the variety of shows is incredible, and you meet people from all over the world. I think I most love sharing my passion with so many artists who live the same dream.
WT: What is your favorite spot to bring visiting family or friends?
Condamine: When I have friends & family in town, I love to bring them on the strip at night, of course, to see the magic of the light but also to Fremont street (downtown). Especially my parents because it’s what they saw on tv, the old Vegas with the old lights and old spirit of Vegas. During the day, I make them discover the beauty of the landscape, bringing them to red rock or lake mead. It’s breathtaking.
WT: If someone asks you for dinner recommendations in Las Vegas, what do you suggest?
Condamine: It depends on your budget and the ambiance you would like. L’atelier de Joël Robuchon is an amazing gastronomic restaurant at mgm grand. Very convivial and delicious… it’s my favorite. Le Cirque at Bellagio Las Vegas is also a fantastic restaurant with the view of the fountains.
If you want to get in altitude, you have the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, which gives you an outstanding view of Las Vegas just across the Bellagio Fountains. Even higher and crazier, Top of the World Restaurant & Lounge at The STRAT rotates 360 degrees. You can enjoy and experience this magic view at 844 feet above the city.
WT: Where are some of your favorite places to go and things to do in Las Vegas on your day off?
Condamine: Without hesitation, going to the mountains, either Red Rock Canyon or Mount Charleston. These are my two favorite spots for hiking and enjoying a beautiful day in nature. In the summer, I usually escape to Lake Mead for a boat day.
