Café Sebastienne

Housed in the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Café Sebastienne provides a lovely atmosphere for lunch or dinner, and with Executive Chef Jennifer Maloney manning the stoves, neither meal will disappoint. Maloney’s been serving up fine American cuisine since Café Sebastienne first opened its doors in 1995. Dinner selections change weekly to take advantage of what’s local and in season; lunch menus change seasonally. Salads are a draw, and you will always find several from which to choose. Fresh daily specials also delight, as did a pan-seared halibut with lemon butter during a recent lunch. Always scoring high with Zagat and often garnering four stars from the Kansas City Star, Café Sebastienne is an integral part of the Kansas City dining scene.
