The national cathedral of the Church of Ireland is the nation’s largest church, and was built in honour of Ireland’s patron saint. Inside is an impressive vaulted ceilings and vast nave plus colourful stained-glass windows and imposing statuary, with a square medieval tower which houses the largest ringing peal bells in Ireland.
