An evolution of popular Fruition and Fruition Farms, this new concept by chef Seidel is multi-faceted. The restaurant serves “elevated” comfort foods with such dishes as caramelized-potato gnocchi, Alaskan halibut and red-wine-braised short ribs. The artisanal market carries everything from spices to canned goods, with a coffee bar and cafe serving breakfast dishes, soups, salads and sandwiches.
