The Virgin brand is now in Chicago with its first hotel. Designed from a 1920s bank in the heart of the city, with the restored original fixtures, this 250 room hotel—with 2 penthouses, 40 suites and 40 pet-friendly rooms—is making itself at home in the Windy City.
Accompanying the Virgin brand’s existing hospitality industry, this hotel is determined to distinguish itself among other hotel brands. This is being accomplished by its lack of fees (no room service delivery fees, no fees for early chick-in or late check-out and no cancellation fees as long as you call), complimentary Wi-Fi, reasonable mini-bar prices and service app, Lucy. The hotel also has a Commons Club, Two Three Zero coffee and wine bar, Miss Ricky’s American diner, a rooftop lounge, gym and spa.
