Parque Tres de Febrero

This sweeping green space, once the private retreat of dictator Juan Manuel de Rosas until 1852, is filled with lakes and gazebos, where you can rent bikes and skates. It’s best known for the rose garden (Rosedal) and the Jardin Japonés, plus the prominent polo grounds.
