The wonders of the cosmos are unveiled at the Brisbane Planetarium, which is located in the beautiful Botanic Gardens at the base of Mount Coot-tha. The Brisbane Planetarium is Australia’s major stand-alone planetarium and was the first in the southern hemisphere to install the latest in full-dome, digital projection equipment. Brisbane Planetarium presents a number of public shows. Show admission charges apply and bookings are recommended. Open Tues–Fri 10am–4pm, Sat–Sun from 11am.
