Captain Jackson's Historic Chocolate Shop

History buffs with a sweet tooth can stop into this interactive living history exhibition located on the Old North Church campus. The store interprets the history of chocolate, focusing on how it was made and consumed in Colonial America. As for its name, Captain Newark Jackson was the neighborhood’s premier chocolatier during the 18th century. Demonstrations abundant and tasting encouraged! Feb. 16-March 31: 10 am-4 pm daily, April 1-Oct. 31: 9 am-5 pm daily, Nov. 1-Dec. 31: 9 am-5 pm daily.
