KREWE's Tiny House Is Coming to Atlanta and We Can Hardly Wait

The hot New Orleans-based eyewear is rolling into The Shops Buckhead Atlanta.

Following its trip to Austin, Texas, the KREWE Tiny House, a mobile eyewear shopping experience, arrives at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta on April 20.

Known for its modern, handcrafted frames often seen on famed faces like Beyoncé, Emma Watson and HAIM, the hip eyewear lines the shelves of the 154-square-foot showroom. Shoppers can purchase frames from the brand’s iconic sun and optical collections, and will be hard-pressed to try not to Instagram the pop-up experience.

"KREWE’s retail strategy is pretty simple. When it came to Tiny House, Atlanta was on the short list of cities we were interested in," said Stirling Barrett, founder and creative director of KREWE. "It has a similar feeling and identity that relates to KREWE’s mission of doing something unexpected from somewhere unexpected, and we’re thrilled to take the Tiny House to Atlanta for the first time.”

If you're searching for a new pair of sunnies, keep an eye out for their NYLON collection with 24K gold hardware and inspired color palettes like Pink Havana to Rose, Isle to Marine and Blue Steel to Crystal, these muted mirrored lenses play off the light, giving them an iridescent quality that is sure to turn heads. They are carved from plant-based acetates, making them more durable than injection molded plastics and giving a contemporary look with ultra-sleek flat lenses that lie flush with the frame.

The showroom will be open in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta's Center Plaza behind Le Bilboquet and adjacent to COS, on Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am-7 pm and Sunday from noon to 5 pm.

To celebrate its arrival, there will be an opening party on April 26 from 4:30-7 pm with drinks, light bites and custom frame fittings. New weekly frame launches will also take place during Friday and Saturday happy hours from 4:30-7 pm. Stop by to try on the stylish frames for yourself before the KREWE Tiny House rolls out of town again on May 13.
