Atlanta's iconic, 22-story-high blue dome harks back to 1967, when it became the city's first rotating restaurant. But today’s Polaris is a far cry from the original after undergoing a complete redesign in 2014. You'll feel at home in the chic restaurant's four retro-inspired areas, including an open dining area with a communal table, intimate library, glamorous bar and inviting living room.
The food menu offers a limited selection of exceptional American fare, including chamomile-brined Monkfish, caramelle pasta filled with braised pork shank and mouthwatering tandoori chicken. The cocktail menu is just as enticing with a vast selection of specialty cocktails, an ample wine and spirits menu, and a limited beer list.
Open Tu-Sa 5 pm-midnight.
