At the purple-stained concrete bar with bentwood chairs for 30, dig in to Gulf oysters on the half shell, boutique market oysters, RC's chargrilled oysters (Parmesean, blackened spices, garlic butter) or crispy fried oysters with spicy edamame succotash and Cajun remoulade...and the menu goes on.
