Gluten-Free Restaurants for Every Palate

Ranging from burgers to Tex Mex and even some Italian cuisine, these Atlanta restaurants offer unexpectedly fresh and flavorful gluten-free fare.

“Is this gluten free?” Five years ago, not many people would have known how to answer that question. Today, it’s estimated that one in 133 Americans has celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder triggered by the consumption of gluten. What’s more, research approximates that 18 million Americans have non-celiac gluten sensitivity. With such hefty numbers, it’s clear to see gluten free is more than just a weight-loss fad. Here are some of our favorite restaurants that cater to gluten-free diners with delicious dishes that even a non-celiac patron can savor.
