With its statues, frescoes and red walls, the 4,000-square-foot dining room conjures up a movie set for a Roman Empire epic, which should come as no surprise since three-time Oscar-winning art director Dante Ferretti (The Aviator, 2004; Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, 2007; Hugo, 2011) designed it. A butcher's counter at the entrance serves imported, cured and cooked meats (prosciutto di Parma, speck Alto Adige), while plated main courses in the dining room can include beef tenderloin cooked in tomato steam, osso buco and Berkshire pork chop.
