While BRC may have been inspired by authentic London pubs, executive chef Lance Fegen and partner Lee Ellis give this eatery a decidedly Southern, and gourmet, twist. Sidle up in a leather booth and order the cheddar biscuits with bacon jam. Then take your pick of the plethora of Deep South cuisine, including deviled eggs and oysters, three kinds of gooey mac & cheese, gussied-up burgers, barbecue chicken, steak, burnt marshmallow shakes and bread pudding for dessert and fresh lemonade to sip. Also expect a continually changing craft and exotic beer menu, offering 28 different beers on tap and up to 25 or more bottles at all times.
