Downers Grove

Just 23 miles due west of downtown Chicago, Downers Grove offers hometown charm with big-city amenities such as entertainment venues, shopping destinations, quality restaurants, museums, historical areas and recreational facilities. The Tivoli Theatre, in downtown Downers Grove, opened in 1928 and was the second theater in the U.S. to show sound films; it still shows movies to this day.
