Walnut Canyon National Monument

Cliff dwellings occupied more than 700 years ago. The Island Trail views 25 rooms, and is about one mile/one hour round-trip. The Rim Trail offers two dramatic overlooks and a view of a pit house and pueblo, and takes about 30 minutes round-trip.
