Tiffani Faison’s comfortable, casual barbecue restaurant might just be the best place for Southern cooking in Boston. The chef-owner grew up eating it and now serves it in north of the Mason-Dixon courtesy of her 4,700-pound smoker. Served primarily as “trays,” meat masquerades as brisket, pulled chicken, short-rib and pork belly, while homegrown hot and cold “scoops” range from collared greens to carrot-raisin salad.
